AIOU is a public research university of Pakistan and is located in Islamabad territory, Pakistan. In world ranking it is the fourth one largest university of higher education. Annually 1.2 million students get admission in this university. Eligibility criteria for AIOU admissions

Examination schedule

Semester system is there to follow in AIOU but not the annual one. So in each year there will be two semesters ahead.

·         Autumn semester

·         Spring semester

You people can get admission for spring semester from February to March and for autumn semester from August to September. But don’t rely on this information only for authentic dates you can check the advertisement in newspaper or u can visit the website of AIOU. The time period for each semester is 18 week and additional two weeks are given for exam preparations.
